Why didn't my photos import into Shopify?

There are a few things to check:

  1. Did you properly name your photos?
  2. Did you add your photos to the correct Dropbox folder?
  3. Did you select SKU or barcode correctly?
  4. Is the SKU or barcode added to your Shopify products?
  5. Make sure that you click the checkbox for "Overwrite any current products that have the same handle." While this sounds scary all it means is that it will add photos for products that don't have them and will otherwise leave the products exactly as they were before:
